However, authorities that may receive personal data in the context of a specific investigation mandate under Union or Member State law shall not be considered as recipients; the processing of such data by the aforementioned authorities shall be carried out in accordance with the applicable data protection rules, in line with the purposes of the processing.
“Third party” means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency, insurance company or other entity, other than the data subject, the controller, the processor and the persons authorized to process the personal data under the direct responsibility of the controller or the processor.
2. nature, purpose and use of personal data
Storage of access data
Each time a user accesses a page from our website, access data is stored in a log file on the server of our hosting service provider. This data includes, for example
